Target Participants
Managers at all levels with responsibility for managing employees or premises or are directly involved in the management of risk assessments or other key safety documents.
Attendance for this session will be mandatory for all managers that are identified through completion of the on-line core competency training, prior to being allowed to book onto this training.
Aim To ensure all managers have awareness of general health & safety issues by understanding their legal duties, understanding safety policy, arrangements and competence.

- Management of Health & Safety Regulations 1999 and other key legal requirements requiring assessment
- Operational and strategic risk assessment
- Stages of completing risk assessment and risk management
- Defining hazard / risk / reasonably practicable

- Ensuring documentation is legally compliant
- Documentation retention
Testing Method
- There is a Pre-learning E-Session that includes the required Online multi choice quiz requiring 75% pass rate

- 2 hours
